• All Raw Indian hair orders will require a signature upon delivery via FedEx. Please ensure someone 18 years of age is available to sign for your package to prevent any delivery issues.

Processing & Shipping Time

• After your order is placed, shipping takes 4-7 business days.

• Most orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and the assigned carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• S. Riviere Hair Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• Once an order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver your package in a timely manner.
