At S. Riviere Hair Collection, we are committed to providing high-quality, ethically sourced hair extensions. Please review our return and exchange policy before making your purchase.
All Sales Are Final. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges
We will only offer an exchange if there was an error on your initial order that was the fault of S. Riviere Hair Collection. All other exchange requests will be left to the discretion of S. Riviere Hair Collection.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in new, unused condition and meet the following requirements. Hair must not be tampered with in any way.
This includes,
• Worn
• Washed
• Combed or brushed
• Colored or dyed
• Cut or altered
• Hair must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Hair that does not meet these requirements will not be accepted for an exchange. No exceptions.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange request, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at info@srivierehair.com
2. Subject Line: Exchange Inquiry
3. Include:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for exchange request
• Photos of the hair in its original condition
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 days with further instructions.
Additional Information
• S. Riviere Hair Collection reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet our policy requirements.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless exchange is due to an error on the part of S.Riviere Hair Collection.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments— we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
